"Here's what happened -- seconds after 3:00 (Eastern Time in the US), my fingers started to tingle/vibrate. About a minute or so later, the vibration went into my hands. Slowly, the vibration went into my wrists. It landed in my forearms and calves at about the same time. It moved into my feet and toes. All of this happened slowly, bit by bit.
I had an urge to sit taller, so I did. The vibration traveled into my upper arms, and I had the feeling that I needed to sway from side to side, like grasses blowing in a breeze. So I swayed. My head felt very heavy. The vibrations continued for the whole 30 minutes. I had a feeling of openness in my chest cavity and belly. Oddly, the vibrations made it up to my knees but not my thighs.
This was extremely powerful for me. I was able to close my office door and do this while at work. I now feel very much at peace, relaxed and refreshed. "

I’m not sure if the book I have has a printing error (you know more than you think) but there is only your left hand in the back - I don’t have a printer so this is what I used for the healing. 100 % felt energy and currents in my hand that was on the page and it felt warm. It was actually good to have my other hand to compare it too.

Seka, we have a little Scottish Terrier dog who is very ill at the moment. She has Haemangiosarcoma .I taped your hand prints to her paws for the first session, but on day 2 just put the picture underneath her. We are doing all we can to make her comfortable, and at the moment she seems to be not too bad. She has no energy after quite a big bleed from her spleen, but it has stopped bleeding and she seems to be reabsorbing the blood which is a good thing.

I took part in your two day distance healing last weekend. I'd just finished reading your book 'you know more than you think' and had really enjoyed it so I was very excited at having the chance to directly experience what I had been reading about. As soon as the session started, I could feel a strong tingling sensation in my finger tips as well as a warm feeling in my hands, and also at times during the session, I could feel waves of energy pulsing through my body. I didn't have any major health issues, but straight away after the session I felt very calm and focussed, which I feel has stayed with me since.
I had had an on and off, minor ear infection which had flared up again shortly before, but since last weekend, it has improved greatly. One last, unexpected, change is that after the second session I suddenly had the urge to change my diet and lost the desire to eat the junk food i'd been eating; I generally felt cleaner and fresher and it no longer appealed - this was not something I had even thought about doing beforehand, so it came as quite a surprise to me!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for doing these sessions, it is an amazing privilege to take part in them and I certainly feel that I have had a lot of benefit from it. Thank you and best wishes for the future.

I took part in your free session and used the hand print. I felt tingling in my hands. On the other session I did not feel the tingling but had a sneezing session as soon as it finished I don't know if that is relevant. I also had a lot gurgling in my stomach.
There has definitely been an improvement with my stomach problem. I thought it had gone altogether as I was pain free for a week but then I had a bad episode. It has creeped back but I have had less pain than usual and been able to cut down on pain control. I would like to take part in another session please?

Your distance healing was a remarkable experience. My husband felt the energy in a really balanced way - from his head to his toes. He's pretty healthy but had been feeling very blocked around the ears and nose and after a week or two realised that his head was clear and I can confirm that he seems to have stopped snoring!
For me it was very similar to when I come to you in London - uncomfortable and quite painful in the head and ears but then improving.
Both of us felt as though the third session was like a finale. We both felt huge energy - it was truly amazing. Brian felt almost as though he was floating above the bed.
Over the last couple of weeks, my energy is holding up well and I'm walking regularly and further and further. Feeling very optimistic.
I've been waiting to write in, in case anything major happens but for me it's a case of slow and steady. It was really exciting to take part in this and to think of all the people tuning in to you. Awe inspiring and we can't thank you enough!

Thank you for the opportunity to receive the distant healing. I really needed it as I had pains in the chest and breast area for about 6 weeks. The pain had localised under the armpits. In addition to that problem I had lower back pains due to a strain. My energy was low and I was constantly tired.
*Day One*: As usual I could feel the energy quite strongly. Heat and tingling sensations in the lower back. Pressure and heat round the chest area. After a while I felt the pressure releasing in my chest and the pain under the arms diminished.
*Day Two*: This time the energy circulated mainly around the chest -breast area and through the arms. I felt a strong sense of heat then release of pressure and pain. I was pain free after this second session around the chest area.
*Day Three*: A more gently flow of energy kept running through me. At some point a sensation of heat and more release around the breast and chest area.
*After one week: *The pain under the arms and chest/breast area has completely disappeared. The lower back is much better. I have more energy again and this feeling of lethargie - depression has lifted.

I have been ill for several week with glandular fever, symptoms swollen glands and also a nasty ulcer on my tongue. I concentrated on this and after a week all the symptoms are gone and I am feeling so much energetic and well. Bless you and THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!!

I have read your book and took part in the healing session. I don't have any particular health issues but curious about energy healing and how it works.
On day 1 I did not feel anything ,but on day 2 and 3 I felt my palms getting warmer and tingling. Because I question everything I was wondering if that was energy or my imagination. I like to think that it was energy.
I haven't noticed any obvious changes in my energy levels or other areas but small changes could have happened without me noticing.

SMOKING CESSATION:
Hello Seka. Thanks once again for a wonderful distance healing. I think having the three consecutive days made a real difference. I had a really interesting experience which I want to share with you. The first two day were relaxing and nice, but nothing unusual. But on the third day I felt your energy come through as little electric shock - my body twitched even as I concentrated on relaxing. I had my hands on my chest with the photo-copy of your hands under my own. I had been smoking a few cigarettes in the evenings as I was on vacation, but my chest was feeling heavy and unwell. This has been my pattern for 25 years - never a full-fledged smoker, but happy to partake at parties, on vacation, etc., always convincing myself that with such healthly lifestyle, surely a few cigarettes couldn't hurt! Over the past year or so I have had the dawning realization that I sincerely don't wish to smoke anymore - even once in a while. So, on that third day of healing, I held that intention in my mind. I figured If you can heal physical things, why not emotional or mental things, right? Anyway, I am thrilled to tell you that I have not had a single cigarette since that day. I've been to parties, sat with smokers, etc., and I haven't even feel tempted in the least. The desire to smoke, which I've wrestled with for years, is gone. I don't know what to say except thank you so much!

Gallstones Gone:
Hi, Very profound results experienced. Days prior to healing g.p. had told me i had gallstones. During healing I felt pain and movement in my gallbladder and liver area. The following week a scan showed no sign of gallstones and subsequently no more pain.During healing sessions I experienced immense heat from your hands which came in waves which lasted 10 to 5 mins.

Thank you for 3 wonderful healing sessions
Day one:
Started with a buzzing in hands and feet. A lot of energy came in strong waves 4-5 times.Some energy around throat.
Buzzing in bad knee, felt good as if something was mended.
Energy in female genital area.Buzzing
Day Two
After a while the buzzing in feet and hands started again.Buzzing in female genital area and some lifting sensations,jerking and pulling feeling. Strong energy waves came 3-4 times as if i lifted fom the chair.
Day Three.
Fantastic! Buzzing in hands and feet then around my eyes .Short glimpses of chilhood memories.Not verry happy ones .and then astrong light wave from over head.Felt verry good and consoling.Same sensations in genital area as day two, but also a nice warm feeling around and below the navel.Throat and forehead som sensations there to.
Overall feedback(one week later).
IT was a very relaxing feeling that stays with me even today.
I have a prolaps in the font of genital area that has botherd me a lot.I feel that it is better, it isn´t gone but it is much better.Even the childhood memorys helpt me the three glimpses showed me a theme or a pattern and gave me some understanding.

Many thanks for the 3 distance healing sessions. I found that the energy I felt increased with each session, it was very powerful. I have had fatigue since the early nineties (I had treatment from you mid nineties) and though I have made good progress I still have limitations. However the day following the 2nd treatment I felt so energised I went on a 4 mile walk! Amazing!

Day 1 - relaxed for about 40 minutes from 8.10pm BST. Thought about letting go of any illnesses & emotional inbalances in my body and opening up to healing. My head got warm and my head kind of lolled about until I was in a better sitting position for breathing. Lots of sighing, heavy breathing, burping & yes farting! I felt some strange tingling in my right thigh/buttock/hip area - sort of like pins going in in a flicky motion.
Day 2 - About half way through I felt an incredible warmth/heat from my diaphragm through my belly area. Thought this may have been some kind of healing taking place. I felt really heavy and lethargic afterwards.
Day 3 - WOW!! What an incredible experience - my head lolled about again much like the first day and then it got really hot and tingly and it felt like your hands were inside my skin and running through my brain. This feeling went down to my shoulders for a little bit and then I had this flicking sensation running up the right hand side of my spine from just above my buttock to about my shoulder blade. It made me arch my back like a cat and made me laugh out loud! I lost count at about 34 times this happened, it felt truly amazing. I needed to readjust my head and body again at this point so I was breathing properly. I then felt like your hands were inside my internal organs (in my torso) sort of readjusting them and elongating them, there were moments of warmth and some small noises of adjustment. I felt a little bit of tingling in my lower legs but not for long. The hot sensation in my head returned and my ears also got hot. I laid down for I'm guessing the last 5 minutes as I felt really heavy then stretched like a cat, got up and it was exactly 30 minutes!!
1 week and a bit on: I feel great, no noticeable difference in my scalp but losing weight and breathing much better. Also feel more decisive and postive.

12th August
I'm so glad I did it this evening, as it was a lovely experience! I sat on the dogs' duvet on the floor (not terribly comfortable but I wanted to involve them, especially Aisha, who is underweight and recently came from a rescue centre, after being hurt in a car crash) with a dog on each side. Aisha was very fidgety and restless at the beginning, kept licking herself etc, but then she just went to sleep. I felt energy moving up through my body and saw different coloured lights all mixed together, especially blue, light green and pink and mainly white light. Then later I felt a peaceful spacious kind of feeling and finally as if energy were gently pulsating through me. Afterwards I feel a lot more grounded and physically stronger and more solid than before, especially my legs and feet.
13th August
Tonight was less eventful. I saw a diffuse shimmering white light throughout and felt pleasantly relaxed and quite sleepy.
14th August
This time I lay down on the futon and that was much more comfortable, although Aisha kept wandering around which was a bit distracting. It was lovely! I felt energy moving up through my body from my feet and saw bright white light up the centre of my body. At a certain point Pushkin (my cat) came and sat on my hands on top of the printout, purring away, and I realised it had changed to my being surrounded by pink light without my noticing. He stayed there and purred continually till the end of the session. I can see and feel a lot of light around me and especially in and around my feet and lower body, as if my aura is stronger.
One week later
Actually a bit over a week now! I was aware of being physically stronger and more grounded but also felt quite depressed and upset about different things for a few days. I then had extra healing from a friend who is a very powerful healer, and during this we were told (he receives guidance from spirit while doing the work) that it was building on Seka's work. Various extraordinary and unusual things are happening at the moment to do with healing work I am involved in myself, and I believe this relates to my having reached a new level of awareness during these last ten days, while at the same time being more grounded. So thank you very much Seka for sharing your gift in this way.

I live in Australia. I woke up at 3:00 for 3 nights to participate in distance healing sessions.
I was very relaxed during session, but I did not have any unusual sensations. I expected to be tired the days following healing sessions because I had to go to work, but I was ok. I have very frequent headaches and back aches, but I felt "normal" during these three days (which I felt like bonus). However, my headaches soon came back and I have them again almost every day.

Overall Feedback (One week later)
I had a bad back at the lower part of my back and at the base of my neck from picking up suitcases on holiday. The pain had been sharp for 2 weeks. By the friday evening I noticed that for the first time in over 2 weeks I hadnt had any pain. It was amazing and I had not expected to feel any dramatic results from the healing session, but on that Friday I realised that the pain had almost completely gone (at least 90% of it).
Since then the pain has not returned but I can feel a slight tension where the shooting pain used to be but this is no more than 10% still of how it was. It is a massive and substantial improvement.
I have also found that I am sleeping much deeper and waking up at 7am feeling like I have had a proper sleep.

A little success story from the APRIL healing event……..
Dear Seka,
I just wanted to give you some amazing feedback about the last worldwide session that you did ! I am now quite well again after having chronic fatigue, and I wanted to participate in your session because the energy is so good !
Being in Singapore, the session was about 2am in the morning. I was participating lying on my bed. Suddenly in the middle of the session I thought one of my 3 children had woken up and was standing by the bed. Suddenly I realized that it was a little boy that I did not know. It was very clear then it faded away.
Although I did not know at the time, THE NEXT DAY I GOT PREGNANT NATURALLY – this is a miracle because I am 42 and I have had many difficulties conceiving my other children and this time we were using contraception too !!! WOW.
Anyway I am now 16 weeks pregnant and everything is going well with a healthy pregnancy and I have not had any chronic fatigue – so many thanks for that !
