The sessions consist of meditation, relaxation and energy techniques which Seka will demonstrate and lead. These exercises will not only help focus your mind and body but will also maximise the healing you will receive from the 30 minute Group Healing, which is also included in the session.

The sessions are only open to small groups so book your place early to avoid disappointment.

You can attend as many sessions as you like!

A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required or the full fee will be still be payable.
